Godfrey Kyeyune

Godfrey Kyeyune is a Partner at Nakiranda & Co. Advocates, having joined the firm as an Associate in 2019 before being admitted to the partnership. He brings extensive experience in employment and labour law, dispute resolution, insurance law, property law, and succession matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kyeyune served as a Legal Research Assistant to the Judges of the Industrial Court of Uganda, where he gained valuable judicial insight into labour and employment law. This experience continues to inform his strategic and practical approach to legal representation.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Kampala International University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, a Commissioner for Oaths, an Accredited Mediator, and a member of both the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.

Mr. Kyeyune advises and represents clients in employment and labour disputes, property and land matters, insurance claims, and succession and estate administration. He is also experienced in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, helping clients achieve timely, practical, and cost-effective solutions.
